Please join with parishioners of 7 other Northern Colorado Orthodox parishes as we pack 35,000 meals for local food banks and for the victims of last year's hurricane.
We will gather at St. Luke Orthodox Church at 9:00am for opening prayers and to begin our work! After completing our work, we will lunch together and close our day with prayers. We expect to complete our day around noon.
This event, along with over 13 others, is sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Clergy Brotherhood, our parishes' women groups, the Good Samaritan Project and other parish outreach groups.
You need no special skills, talents or strength - just bring yourself!! All of God’s people (over 5 years old) are invited to help in the work!
We humbly ask you to consider a donation to help cover the cost of the food. All the other supplies and logistical support are being provided by our partner, Meals of Hope. Meals of Hope has packed over 80 million meals that have been donated to communities in need across the nation and around the world.
