Waiver and Release: I, the parent/guardian release St. Spyridon Orthodox Church from any and all liability, and claims which arise while my child(ren) are participating Vacation Church Camp. I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges St. Spyridon Orthodox Church from any liability or claim that I may have against them with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, or property damage. Medical Treatment: I hereby release and discharge St. Spyridon Orthodox Church from any claim whatsoever which arises on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency while my child(ren) are at Vacation Church Camp. Photographic/Video Release: I grant permission to St. Spyridon Orthodox Church to use any and all photographs, videos, or audio recordings of my child(ren) during the week of Vacation Church Camp 2022.
